1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LocalPDF ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

LocalPDF grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on personally

5.1 Purchase and Licensing

LocalPDF Pro is available as a subscription or a one-time perpetual purchase. Licenses are tied to the individual purchase via Polar.sh and may be activated and deactivated as needed.

3. Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; rent, lease, or lend the Software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software. LocalPDF is intended for your direct use only.

4. Disclaimers

LocalPDF relies on Apple Intelligence (FoundationModels framework) and Apple's NaturalLanguage framework executed locally to provide analysis. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the generated text or outputs. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued strictly at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the app fails to function as advertised on supported Apple Silicon Mac devices running macOS Tahoe (26.0) or later. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
